Tell us more about you and your journey with Anthropologie.
I’ve been part of the Anthropologie family for about 7 years. I started as the Store Manager of the Montclair NJ store and moved as an SM within various Northern NJ stores before relocating back to my hometown of Philadelphia. I’ve had the opportunity to lead new store openings, manage our proto-type location and form some great bonds & connections. I’m honored to say I’ll be managing our first Lifestyle location on the East Coast at King of Prussia. I’ll be embarking on this venture with my visual partner of 3 years, Keya.
What is your favorite aspect of working here?
My favorite aspect of Anthropologie is how collaborative we are as a company. Our Stores and Home Office are full of creative, inspiring leaders that come together and collaborate to make a compelling experience for our customers and staff. We value teamwork to an entirely different degree and fully believe in growing and developing our people.
Do you have a favorite Anthropologie store?
I adore the Rittenhouse Square Store. It has beautiful original architecture and history throughout each room of the building that’s absolutely breathtaking.
Why did you choose to work at Anthropologie?
To work for a brand I truly felt inspired by. I used to work directly across from an Anthropologie and visited daily on my lunch breaks; it was my happy place. Naturally it made sense that I should be working for them!
Wanderlust keeps us inspired… Do you have any recent favorite travels to share?
A year ago I had the opportunity to visit Malta. It’s a beautiful small island country in the Mediterranean Sea. It boasts the Azure Window and the Blue Grotto which everyone should experience once in their life! You can swim in the Mediterranean from any point on the island, eat fresh fish, learn a lot about European history and make beautiful hand blown glass. Hope to visit there again.
